Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for used or opened items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rootedscholars@intellectuallyus.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide a replacement if applicable.

We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement request that does not meet these conditions.
